Once your sale of the property has been concluded and the transfer attorney has been assigned, we can guide you through the process to access your nett sale proceeds or agents commission before transfer.
We require a copy of the Offer to Purchase (OTP) and verification of both the Seller and Purchaser's identification.
On your instruction, whether as the seller or the agent, we will gladly liase directly with the transfering attorney. Alternatively if you are the conveyancer, we will deal directly with your client.
